They have poor customer service. I went in to get my car fixed. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. The sales associate told me he would call me the next day to confirm the appointment. I have not received a call since I left the dealer.

I was traveling from Branson, MO to Dumas, AR and then to Gatlinburg, TN. My check engine light came on and I stopped at Smart Chevrolet in White Hall. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the facilities were nice and clean, and my car was ready in about an hour. I liked the separate waiting rooms. One had a tv and the other didn't. It was nice being in the quieter room. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
I took my car to this dealership because my stabilitrak light came on and it caused my engine light to come on. I took my car at 815am on a friday. They called and told me before they could figure out what was wrong i needed to get my air filter changed and a fuel injection so i authorized them to do so. I get a call again stating i needed something else again i authorized it. They told me at the end of the day that i wouldnt be able to get my car back and stated they didnt have a loaner car. on monday I receive another call stating I needed it something else I told them no because they can find everything wrong with my car but what i brought it in for. I spent $460 for stuff only to have to pick up a car that has the same problem i brought it in to be serviced for. Basically a waste of my time, a huge inconvenience and a waste of my hard earned money. I wouldn't make it one star if i could but it required me to put at least one. They get no stars from me
