It was a good experiance for me and my coworker we went for breakfast the staff seemed nice but i dont like that they didnt get my friends order right she asked for a sasuage biscuit egg and cheese and they gave her bacon she was upset as was i... And they was speaking in other languages the entire time ....

NOT EVEN ONE STAR! I only gave the one star because I had to in order to write the review! ROACHES IN THE BATTER!!!
The donuts are great, the coffee not so great.
Just about every Sunday morning, my husband goes to Shipley's and gets us a variety of donuts. Today was no different. We each ate about 4 earlier in the morning with coffee. This evening, I wanted a sweet snack and thought a donut sounded good. When I opened the box I noticed a small black speck on one of the glazed donuts. Upon examining it closer, I saw it was a baby cockroach! I began looking at the other remaining Donuts and found two others with roaches in the bready part of the donut, so they mixed roaches in the batter!!! So disgusting! This Shipley's is located at 5916 Dollarway Road in Pine Bluff Arkansas. I have taken pictures and reported them to the Jefferson Co. Health Dept.
Usually great and reasonably priced but last visit some donuts seemed steal.
